Returns & Cancellations

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (applicable only for guest check-out).

Certain types of items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom or made to order items/furniture, and any items damaged through normal wear and tear. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To enable us deliver your order in a timely manner, order cancellation for furniture and lighting is only allowed within 24 hours from order confirmation. A handling fee of 10% of the selling price will be charged for furniture and lighting returns, if we are to arrange for the collection of products. Alternatively, you may arrange for the return of the products to our warehouse in JLT.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To start a return, you can either contact us at customercare@eva-me.com or initiate a return order from your E.V.A. account. Once a return request is submitted, we will schedule the pick up of the item. You will be notified through your selected method of communication.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
