  • Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we only sell online thru our website and a few online marketplaces in Dubai, where we are registered as merchant. We plan to open a physical store in Dubai by next year. 

  • Where do you ship?

Currently, we are only shipping in the UAE and to KSA.

  • Where do you ship from?

We have our local warehouse in Dubai, and we also have partner warehouses in India, Turkey, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China. Once your order is shipped out, an e-mail notification with a local/international tracking number will be sent to you.

  • How do I know you received my order?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page that will contain your order confirmation number. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. Once we've dispatched your order to our logistics partner, you will receive another e-mail letting you know that your order is on its way to you.

  • Do you save payment information in your file?
No. When you process a payment on our website, your debit/credit card information does not get transferred to us. We only receive a confirmation that you have successfully paid for your order. Therefore, rest assured that we do not have access to your payment details nor it is being stored in our file.
  • What are your shipping cost?

Our shipping cost varies as follows:

    • UAE: Free delivery on all orders. We also offer Next Day delivery service within Dubai: AED 35 for orders below AED 200 while AED 10 for orders above.
    • KSA: AED 50 for orders below AED 500 and free delivery for orders above.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the shipping option you've chosen and the product. Some products are delivered within 2 days and some could take between 5-20 business days. The actual shipping time is available on the product page itself.

  • How can I cancel my order?

Once you placed the order, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request. As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order as long as the notice was made within 24 hours. Please contact us at customercare@eva-me.com.
